Using the Brain Chemistry Optimization Program (BCOP) In Clinical Practice
The purpose of offering training to the health care professional is to educate them in the proper scope, use, and application of the Brain Chemistry Optimization Program. This training is focused on understanding the BCOP tool as a physiological assessment instrument and how to apply it to patients; utilizing dietary, nutritional, activity, spiritual, and behavioral techniques that are uniquely assigned to the participant. Verification training provides a cursory overview of the physiology of brain chemicals and their effect on behavior, yet RRI strives to be a source of advanced education for those interested in furthering their technical knowledge of behavioral science as it relates to brain chemistry.
Qualified as an RRI trained clinician, two types of HIPAA compliant BCOP surveys are available for your use. These physiological non-invasive, self-assessment surveys measure peripheral signs and symptoms of brain chemical imbalances. More than 287,000 variables are considered in generating an individualized BCOP plan.
Adult BCOP: This survey is directed at the adult who is seeking to learn how their brain chemistry affects their behavior, attitudes and thought patterns and how to effect lasting change. This Brain Chemical Optimization Program depicts individual brain reward centers and natural tendencies, indicates probable brain chemical imbalances and recommends specific diet and exercise plans tailored for the individual.
Adolescent BCOP: This survey meets the same criteria as the Adult BCOP but is designed specifically for adolescents.
